on the right you can see member rating

with al the ratings on it there you can click on rate now

or you click on post reply and you can also give points (not quick) reply

no the stars are just the post you give points not the guild

what you did is quick reply (the reply under the post)

you realy need to go advance reply or click the post reply button then you would find the the points
